Payment by Checks/Demand Draft and Bank Deposit(CASH/NEFT)
We accept payments by Checks/Demand Draft and Bank Deposit also. Bookings are processed upon releasation of a money in our bank account. We cannot guarantee the availability of accommodation by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge Rs.500 fee on all returned checks.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of booking. Booking confirmations shall be sent separately via email.

Taxes
We do not charge any taxes.

Refunds / Cancellations:
We require a deposit of 50% in order to confirm the booking. In case the booking is cancelled for any reason below forfeit shall be applicable:

Booking cancelled less than 7 days of arrival --- 100% of the deposit.
Booking cancelled 8-14 days of arrival --- 50% of the deposit
Booking cancelled more than 14 days of arrival -- 25% of the deposit

Departures prior to the check out date will attract full payment of the quoted for the originally-booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).

It is advisable to ensure that your travel insurance covers you in case of loss, due to cancellation.
